OBJECTIVES

Third edition of the educational campaign “Balearic Islands and the sea” to inform primary schoolchildren about the species of flora and fauna of the coastal marine environment of the Balearic Islands, as well as the different coastal ecosystems. To promote interest in nature and its conservation. To raise children’s awareness of the need to take care of our environment.

DEVELOPMENT

This activity had to be cancelled due to the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the restrictions and confinement that it entailed. Outings were scheduled for 20 educational centres.
